Browse through our products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size chart for reference.
The quantity of every product is by default 1. If you want a particular product in more than one quantity select the number,
Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
This will automatically take you to the checkout section. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the payment method (currently we only provide 'Cash on Delivery') and ‘Place Order’.

1. Payment

Currently we only offer 'Cash on Delivery' but if you want to pay online please contact us on 09320885893

2. Shipping

Customers can exchange/return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please submit the Return/Exchange form. Click Here.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

A maximum of Rs. 100 will be refunded to you as courier charges to your Bank Account through NEFT (Online Transfer) within 48 hrs.
In case of returns, the price of the product and Rs. 100/- (courier charges) will be deposited in your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Please send a photocopy of courier slip and send us your bank details (Name, Account Number, IFSC Code and Branch) by mail to neogarments.online@gmail.com or Whatsapp on 09320885893.
After receiving the courier receipt, we will dispatch you the required size (for exchanging products) within 24 hrs.

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by calling us on our contact number 09320885893
If you want to edit or cancel your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.

Returns - The product amount and Rs. 100 for courier will be refunded to you through NEFT.
Exchange - Rs. 100 for courier will be refunded to you through NEFT.

2. What are the rules for refunding courier charges?

3. How to apply for a refund?

Send us your account details (Name, Account Number, IFSC Code and Branch) for NEFT transfer.
